This Earth Day, support the Waukesha County Green Team for a Good Cause

In 2009 a handful of people concerned about the environment gathered intent to make an impact in our community, and Waukesha County Green Team was formed. Today, WCGT has some 90+ volunteers working on environmental movement in their communities, with their municipalities, and in their congregations. To date, our efforts for renewable energy have resulted in solar power on over 90 homes. Together we are making an impact for today and for the future.  We thank everyone who volunteers and supports these efforts.  You are invaluable!

This Earth Day, we want to Celebrate by bringing attention to the amazing natural resources of our County and for a good cause – supporting the ongoing efforts of you, our volunteers.

Here is the plan…..

WCGT Board Members

  • Walk and hike across Waukesha County reporting our progress along the way.

YOU

  • Pledge support by mile or day, or trip, for one or more Team Members, and invite others to support the ongoing work of the Waukesha County Green Team, its staff and its volunteers;

  • Or dream up your own amazing adventure in support of WCGT by becoming a Team Member, hosting a page on our site, and gathering support for your own quest.

What you do matters!

With excitement for the future,

The WCGT Board
