Fermentation Worskshop

Farmer Caryl, of BrynTeg Farm, will teach you how to ferment vegetables and fruits in your own kitchen. During the class, you will learn about the benefits of fermenting, the fermentation devices to use, the environment for fermentation, the types of produce to ferment, and much more. Each attendee will have the opportunity to taste test various ferments, depending on what is fermenting in the kitchen at that time. Cost: $40/person
